The Adelante modules

Every module starts with a leak you already feel. Then it gives time back.

Six layers, each tied to a pain your team already recognises. Hours come back first. Money follows, and every figure below shows its assumption.

Worked examples, assumptions shown. Not client results.

Six layers

The pain, the module, and what it gives back.

Every module is tailored to your business and to how you want to look after your customers. Modular means you select what you want and leave out what you don't. Time figures are deliberately conservative. Money uses a staff cost of €30 an hour, which you replace with your own number in the audit.

1. Know your business

The owner hears about problems at month end.

Mornings go on checking three systems and asking the team what happened yesterday. Problems surface when they are already costly.

  • Daily morning briefingThe last 24 hours, plus 2 to 5 actions for today.
  • Alerts on danger and deal lossWarned the same day, not at month end.
  • Exec view across sitesOne screen for owners and senior managers, web or phone.
  • People dashboardHours, absence and workload, without chasing spreadsheets.
2 hrsowner time a week, about 20 minutes a day
€3,120a year of time capacity at €30 an hour
Alertslosses caught earlier. Not counted as cash.

2. Sales and growth

Reps spend the first hour researching lists nobody checked.

Calls go to the wrong people, pitches vary from rep to rep, and good meetings wait three days for a follow-up.

  • Targeting and researchCleaner lists each morning, right contacts first.
  • Buyer intent scoringGenuine interest separated from browsing, so managers spend time on the right buyers.
  • Caller prompter and call reviewLive prompts for your business, every call summarised and scored.
  • Follow-up and proposal draftsSent the same day, tailored to the call.
6 hrsa week across two reps, 3 hours each on research and admin
€9,360a year of capacity, redeployed to customers
More meetingsnot counted in money here. Use the calculator on your own figures.

3. Customer front line

Enquiries wait while the team is busy or closed.

Messages sit unanswered during service or after hours. The same questions are answered again and again, and the caller books elsewhere.

  • Replies in the customer's languageWithin minutes, day or night.
  • Out-of-hours voice receptionistTakes details, books where you allow, and passes the rest on.
  • Repeat questions handledOpening times, parking, prices, check-in: answered before staff are needed.
  • Bookings and remindersFewer empty chairs and fewer no-shows.
3 hrsof staff time a week on repeat questions and admin
€4,680a year of capacity at €30 an hour
Fewer missed enquiriesnot counted in money. Measured by your own bookings.

4. Back office and admin

Invoices typed by hand. Reconciliation at month end.

Admin fills evenings. Contracts wait for a review nobody has time for, and stock is counted when someone remembers.

  • Invoice capture and filingRead from email and uploads, filed and sent to your accountant.
  • Automatic reconciliationSales matched to bank and card payouts, exceptions flagged.
  • Contract reviewKey terms and risks flagged. You decide. Scope agreed per client.
  • Stock tracking against salesUsage compared with what you sell, shortfalls flagged.
4 hrsa week of admin returned to the team
€6,240a year of capacity at €30 an hour
Fewer errorsnot counted in money. Checked at day 30.

5. Cost control and supplier prices

Supplier prices drift up and nobody notices.

An invoice comes in above the agreed price. It gets paid, because checking every line takes too long.

  • Supplier cost drift alertsInvoices compared with agreed prices, differences flagged before payment.
  • Waste and stock flagsStock running down or over-ordering spotted early.
1 hra week of checking invoices by hand
€1,560a year in cash. Example: 1% drift caught on €10,000 a month supplier spend (€1,200), plus 1% less waste on €3,000 a month stock (€360)
Assumption1% is a conservative catch rate. Your own invoices will show the real figure.

6. Finance, revenue recovery and cross-border payments

Revenue slips through invoices and payment fees nobody checks.

Invoices go past due and are not chased. Card payments are priced above contract. Cross-border fees add up quietly, month after month.

  • Slipped invoice recoveryOverdue items found and chased on schedule.
  • Card pricing checksCharges compared with what was agreed with your provider.
  • Cross-border payment reviewFees and FX margins compared with your volumes. This is VYRE's payments expertise.
1 hra week on chasing and checking
€7,200a year in cash. Example: 10% of €2,000 a month slipped invoices recovered (€2,400), plus 0.2 points off €200,000 a month cross-border volume (€4,800)
AssumptionRecovery and saving rates are conservative. Confirmed only by your own statements.

Put together, for one example business

About €8,760 a year in cash, plus 17 hours a week of time back.

Example: a small business with two sales reps, a shared admin load and one owner. The cash figure counts only cost and recovery savings. Time capacity is shown separately, because it becomes cash only if you redeploy it.

LayerHours back a weekCapacity a year at €30/hrCash a year

Worked example, not a promise. Capacity is hours at €30 an hour. Cash is only recovery and cost savings, using the assumptions in each layer.

What changes for you

Less headache. More time with the team and customers.

These are the outcomes we design for. We measure them, we don't assume them.

Less headache

Fewer chased tasks

Fewer things waiting on you. The morning briefing replaces the search for what needs attention.

Your team

More time with the team

Admin moves off the team's plate, so managers coach and staff stop working evenings.

Your customers

More time with customers

Staff spend the hours they saved in the room with the customer, not on the keyboard.

You

Time to be creative

The owner gets time back for strategy, new offers and the work only the owner can do.

How we know it works

We measure it. We don't assume it.

Time saved: logged in the time-saved tracker each week, so the figure is yours, not ours.

Headache: a two-question check at day 30 and day 90, scored from 0 to 10.

Customer satisfaction: a short post-visit or post-enquiry question, reported as it arrives. No satisfaction score is claimed until it is measured with your customers.

Money: the cash figures above, checked against your statements at each review.

Find out how much you could be saving

Start with the free online assessment. Then, if useful, talk it through.

The assessment takes a few minutes and uses your own numbers. A call is optional and carries no obligation. We use it to discuss where the savings would come from and whether Adelante fits your business.
