The Adelante deep dive

We look at your whole business first, then we show you what to fix.

The deep dive is a paid review of how your business really runs. It starts with an on-site visit with you and your team, and ends with a written report you can act on, whether you go ahead with Adelante or not.

What the deep dive includes

Six parts, each one tied to money or time.

1

Understanding your business

Your model, customers, revenue streams, team and the numbers you already track.

2

How you operate

We walk the real processes on site: enquiries, bookings, orders, invoices and handovers.

3

What works and what doesn't

Each process rated on time, cost, error rate and how much the team dislikes it.

4

Where efficiency needs to improve

A map of hours lost and money leaking, ranked by size, so the biggest leak comes first.

5

Management and sales

What owners and managers need to see every morning, and how we lift sales efficiency and cut the admin that gets in the way of selling.

6

Back office and costs

The operating model for invoicing, reconciliation, supplier prices, contracts, stock and payment costs, including a pricing and cost review.

A sample report

What you receive at the end of the deep dive.

Illustrative three-site group. Hours at €30 an hour. Cash uses the same conservative rates as the modules page: 1% supplier drift on €30,000 a month and 1% less waste on €8,000 a month of stock; 10% of €5,000 a month slipped invoices recovered; 0.2 percentage points off €500,000 a month cross-border volume.

Return on investment

Worked as a simple formula

Return = (annual cash saving + value of time you choose to redeploy − annual cost of Adelante) ÷ annual cost of Adelante.

The cost is set out in your proposal, not on this page. Time capacity is only counted if you redeploy it to customers, sales or other work.

Implementation timeline

Twelve weeks, in three phases

Phase 1, weeks 1 to 3: management briefing, customer replies. Phase 2, weeks 4 to 8: sales efficiency and back office. Phase 3, weeks 9 to 12: revenue recovery and payment costs, then a review against the time-saved tracker.

Our foot in the door approach

Prove it in one area, then expand.

Nobody should buy a whole operating model on trust. Adelante is modular, so you choose the parts that suit your business and budget, and we install them in phases. Each one is tailored to how you operate and how you want to deliver to your customers, so you select what you want and leave out what you don't.

Phase 1

Start with the biggest leak

One module, usually the one with the largest time or money loss. We measure it against the baseline from the deep dive.

Phase 2

Prove the result

You see the hours back and the cash saved in the time-saved tracker. You decide the next step with real numbers, not promises.

Phase 3

Add what suits you

Further modules are added only when you choose them, within the budget you set. Stop at any phase if the results do not justify more.

Why now

The best time to start was yesterday. The second best is now.

Christmas and the busy season ahead are close. Fixes put in place now are working for those weeks. Fixes started after them arrive too late to help.

Inaction is a decision too. While you wait, the time and money listed in the report keep leaking, every week, whether you look at it or not.

Start with the free online assessment. It takes a few minutes, and it shows what the leak could be worth for your business before you commit to anything.
