Payments revenue recovery

Revenue doesn't lie.
Systems do.

VYRE OS is the intelligence layer above your payment stack. It works out what your payments should be earning, shows which decisions are costing you money, and runs monitoring and verification autonomously through agents, so every finding stays visible. You keep control of every change, and VYRE OS never reroutes a transaction.

Two ways in, depending on who you are.

Not sure which you are? If payments run through you on behalf of someone else, you want Embedded. Otherwise, start with OS.

One method behind both

Detect. Quantify. Fix. Verify.

Vyre never touches the payment flow. It reads what already happened, works out what should have happened, and tells you the gap in pounds, with the reason and the fix attached. Then it checks the fix landed.

01
Detect
Seven leakage categories, read from your existing data. Nothing installed in the flow.
02
Quantify
Every gap in pounds, benchmarked to your vertical and geography, with a confidence level.
03
Fix
What to change, where, why and in what order. Ranked by value and time to deploy.
04
Verify
Recovery measured against a frozen baseline once the change is live. No claimed numbers.

Who is behind Vyre

Built by an operator.
Not an agency.

VYRE OS is built on more than 11 years of payments expertise: acquiring, orchestration, tokenisation and FX, applied to the leaks that cost merchants money. That method now runs as an intelligence layer that works autonomously and independently. Agents monitor your estate, flag what is leaking, and keep every finding visible, so you can see what is happening and why without chasing it. Nothing changes in your payment flow unless you decide it should.

VYRE OS puts that method to work for the merchant. VYRE Embedded puts it inside the payment providers who serve them.

Every merchant report is reviewed and signed off by Dean before it is released.

Experience
11+ years in global payments: acquiring, orchestration, tokenisation, FX, cross-border.
Independence
Independently owned and provider-agnostic: Vyre is not tied to any PSP, acquirer or orchestrator and works with whatever stack is already in place. On merchant reviews, no provider pays us anything; the merchant pays, against recovery. VYRE Embedded is a separate line, licensed to providers for their own merchants.
Coverage
Headquartered in Europe. Available globally to any merchant or payment provider operating cross-border payments.
Common questions

Straight answers first.

What is the difference between VYRE OS and VYRE Embedded?

VYRE OS is for merchants: it reviews your own payment estate, quantifies what you are losing and shows how to recover it. VYRE Embedded is for payment providers: the same intelligence layer, licensed so a gateway, PSP or acquirer can advise its own merchants within its own remit.

I already have a dashboard. Why do I need Vyre?

You have level 1: a dashboard that ingests your data and shows it back to you. If your provider also retries or re-routes failed transactions, that is level 2. Vyre is levels 3 and 4. Level 3 tells you what is actually wrong, what it is costing the business in pounds, and exactly how to fix it. Level 4 verifies the recovery once the fix is live. Data on its own is not a decision. There is also an incentive question: a provider's routing and retry logic is built around its own rails and margins, not your P&L. VYRE OS is fully agnostic and independent. It takes no money, referral fee or revenue share from any provider, so the recommendation only ever tracks your numbers.

What is payment leakage?

Payment leakage is revenue a merchant should have received on transactions that were attempted, but did not receive because of avoidable declines, hidden FX spread, poor routing, missing retries, unchallenged chargebacks or absent local payment methods. Cross-border and higher-risk merchants often sit well below their vertical average authorisation rate, and the gap is frequently several points.

Is Vyre independent?

Yes. Vyre is independently owned and provider-agnostic: not tied to any PSP, acquirer or orchestrator, and built to work with whatever stack you already run. On merchant reviews, Vyre takes no fees, kickbacks or referral payments from PSPs, acquirers or orchestrators; the merchant pays, against recovery. VYRE Embedded is a separate line, licensed to payment providers for use with their own merchants, and the two are never mixed on the same engagement.

Does Vyre change anything in my payment flow?

No. Vyre does not reroute transactions or change your stack. It validates the data, tells you what is not working, where volume should go instead, why, how to make the change and what the recovery is worth, then verifies the result once you make it.
