Who we are

Vyre ("we", "us") is a United Kingdom based business providing independent payments intelligence and revenue leakage diagnostics to merchants. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Company registration details will be published here on incorporation. This policy is made under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Contact: hello@vyre.it.com.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
We do not hold your data for longer than you permit us to for the purpose of running your diagnostic.
We do not store your data beyond that purpose, and we do not reuse it for any other purpose, unless you give us your express consent.

What we collect

Diagnostic request details: your name (if provided), company name, work email address, and the volume and cross-border figures you submit through our form.
Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
Usage data: anonymised, cookie-free analytics about how the site is used.

Why we process it (lawful basis)

To prepare and deliver the diagnostic you requested — performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To respond to enquiries and follow up on your request — our legitimate interest in operating and growing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where you have given it, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards. Our website diagnostic request form is relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which transmits your submission to our inbox; our email and hosting providers also process data incidentally to providing those services. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Merchants in Hong Kong and Singapore

If you contact us from Hong Kong or Singapore, we handle your personal data consistently with the principles of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) respectively, in addition to the UK GDPR standards described above.

Retention

We keep your data only for as long as you permit us to, and only for the purpose of running your diagnostic. Before any contract, diagnostic request data is retained solely to prepare and deliver the diagnostic you asked for, within the scope you have permitted. If you do not proceed, we delete it. During a contracted engagement, we retain data only as needed to run the diagnostics under that engagement, and delete it when the engagement ends. The only exception is where a longer period is required by law, for example tax and accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to us directly at hello@vyre.it.com, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority in the EEA. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within one month.
