The independent intelligence layer
for payments.
Built around AI. Guided by people. Accountable to results.
VYRE helps merchants and payment providers understand where payment performance breaks down, what to change and whether those changes deliver measurable value. An autonomous business, built and coded from the ground up, with people in control.
Read-only analysis. Human review. Outcomes verified after implementation.
Take greater control of your cross-border payment performance. Identify potentially recoverable declines, hidden costs and missed optimisation opportunities across your existing payment stack. VYRE OS provides read-only analysis and advisory. Your team controls implementation, and VYRE measures the outcome.

Discuss VYRE Embedded →Not sure which you are? If payments run through you on behalf of other businesses, start with VYRE Embedded. If you take payments yourself, start with VYRE OS.
Diagnose the cause. Prescribe the fix. Verify the value.
VYRE is an autonomous business first, built and coded from the ground up with AI-enhanced capabilities. Agents run the analysis, monitoring and verification; a human in the loop controls what is released, what is approved and what changes. The result is fragmented payment data turned into clear, prioritised action.
Every finding is labelled by the stage it has reached, so an estimate is never mistaken for a result. Verification is the point: the question is not what could be recovered, but what was.
Human oversight remains central: people review findings, approve action and retain control.
One proprietary intelligence core.
Two ways to deliver value.
The same payment intelligence, reasoning and verification sit behind both products. What differs is who it is working for, and the scope of the assessment, which is stated plainly in every engagement.
Continuous. Predictive. Verified.
VYRE's agents do not run once and stop. They keep reviewing your payment estate on a set cadence, checking data integrity, re-testing every open finding and verifying every action taken, with a human in the loop deciding what is released and what changes. The same discipline applies to VYRE's own operation: automated security checks on every release, isolation and card-data rejection tests, and a full audit log of every action taken in the system.
This is the layer merchants and providers have been asking for: an advanced, independent intelligence that empowers payment teams to act with confidence and gives providers an independently verified record of the value they deliver.
Independence is the integrity. Because VYRE is third-party and provider-agnostic, a provider can show its merchants that changes were made and revenue was recovered on the strength of an independent, verified system, not on the provider's own reporting.
Precise about what we do with your data, and what we never do.
VYRE analyses the operational and reporting data you authorise. It never sits in the payment flow, never holds credentials that can move funds or change a provider's configuration, and never makes a change on your behalf.
Findings are reviewed by a VYRE operator before release. Where a finding rests on an assumption rather than an observation, the report says so, with the confidence level attached.
Deployment model, hosting region and the isolation controls that apply are confirmed in writing during the security review for each engagement. We describe the controls we operate, not certifications we do not hold.
Controls, stated precisely.
- Read-only. VYRE does not route, retry or process payments, and does not change provider configurations.
- No PAN, CVV or payment tokens are ingested or stored.
- Only authorised operational and reporting data, within the scope you agree.
- Human review and approval before findings are released; your team retains control of every change.
- Assessment scope is stated for every engagement, including any limits of a provider-funded assessment.
- Security and data-handling documentation is available as part of a procurement review.

Twelve years finding the leaks.
Then building the system that finds them.
Dean Farley spent more than 15 years in commercial roles, the last 12 and more of them in global payments: acquiring, orchestration, tokenisation, FX and cross-border, closing enterprise deals across EMEA and building commercial infrastructure from scratch. In every one of those roles the same pattern kept appearing. Merchants were losing revenue inside their own payment estates, in places no dashboard showed them, and the only people positioned to tell them were the providers whose products were part of the picture.
A merchant would ask whether its decline rate was normal and be told it was market-typical. A provider would re-route within its own rails and call the problem solved. Nobody independent was asking what was actually wrong, what it was costing, or whether the fix had worked. The gap was not analytics. It was independent judgement, applied continuously and then proved.
VYRE is the answer to that gap, and Dean built it himself. It is an autonomous business, coded from the ground up around AI agents and NVIDIA Nemotron reasoning, with his operating method encoded in the engines so the system asks the questions he would ask, across every provider and lane, every cadence, at a consistency no team of consultants can match. He stays in the loop: every finding is reviewed and approved before it is released, and nothing changes in a customer's payment flow unless the customer decides it should.
VYRE OS puts that judgement to work for merchants. VYRE Embedded puts it inside the providers who serve them, as the independent third party they cannot be for themselves.
Straight answers first.
What is the difference between VYRE OS and VYRE Embedded?
VYRE OS is for merchants: independent, read-only analysis of your own payment performance across your existing stack, with prioritised advisory and outcome measurement. VYRE Embedded is for payment providers: the same proprietary intelligence core, licensed so a PSP, acquirer, gateway or platform can give its merchants evidence-backed advisory and verify the value delivered through its services. Both are built on one intelligence core.
I already have a dashboard. Why do I need Vyre?
A dashboard shows you what happened. Vyre works at the next two levels: it explains what is breaking and what it may be costing, prioritises what to change, and then measures whether the change delivered incremental value. The output is a decision with evidence attached, not another view of the data.
Is Vyre independent?
Vyre is independently owned and its technology is provider-agnostic: it is not tied to any PSP, acquirer or orchestrator and analyses whatever stack is already in place. Independence in practice means three things: provider-agnostic analysis, a transparent assessment scope stated for every engagement, and recommendations backed by evidence. On VYRE OS merchant engagements, Vyre takes no fees, referral payments or revenue share from providers. VYRE Embedded is licensed to a provider, and the scope of that assessment is disclosed to its merchants.
Does Vyre change anything in my payment flow?
No. VYRE OS is strictly read-only. It does not route, retry or process payments and does not change provider configurations. It analyses authorised operational and reporting data, recommends changes, and measures the outcome after your team implements them.
How does Vyre use AI?
VYRE is an autonomous business, built and coded from the ground up with AI-enhanced capabilities. AI agents are the operational infrastructure: they run the analysis, monitoring and verification. NVIDIA Nemotron reasoning is the brain: inside the causal analysis and verification engine it decides which findings stand on the evidence and whether measured outcomes hold up. A human in the loop reviews findings, approves action and retains control of any operational change.
